Wow!! I amazed by the reviews I've been reading. My experience with this location has been wonderful. I've been here in the past and yes it was a different crew however, then and now I still was treating fare. It's a small location, so yes they only have a certain amounts of cars. If you reserve a car late in the evening then yes by the time you've gotten there they just might not have that car. However, getting an upgrade is awesome too. Now I do feel that they should hold the car that the customer reserved or contact to see if the customer would like the upgrade. But Let's be real we reserves the cheaper car because of pricing rental car have gone up no more $19.99 specials unless you get lucky and in most cases there's an emergency and you have to rental one. Therefore, getting a bigger car at the same price is a win win too. Gas is gas and we all have to pay some can of way. If you go to any of the airport location not only do you have to have a Major credit card with $300 + the cost of your rental you also have to have you credit ran. Inquiries don't count however, I for one don't want to have my credit ran "just for a rental car." The Staff here have been great to me so on that note I'm giving a Shout out to the Crew: Ms. Anna, Mr. Keith, the other young lady who takes you to get the car sorry forgot her name & the person who picks you up Mr. Everest....We all have our opinion and are entitled to them so here goes mines. First they forgot to pick me up at my 3pm pick up time and was then picked up at 5pm. Second they did not have the car I had reserved and while yes it was an upgrade also come with higher insurance fees and gas costs. The upgraded car they gave me also had no gas.  There were long wait times when I called I was on hold for 30 min+ and at the branch when I was trying to get the rental it took an hour to get the car.

The staff was friendly. However if you have a reservation for a particular car they should have that car reserved for you. That's the purpose of making reservations, and although a upgrade could be nice, I didn't want a suv with the price of gas.I also didn't like that the car had out of state license plate ( I don't like things that will give police a reason to pull me over)  and was half cleaned.  Other than that the experience was okay.

I reported to one of the CS agents that the car has some type of problem and when I returned the car wasn’t even wrote it down or neither offered a discount.
Secondly, when I told the manager about the problem while returning the car, the manager said that I was making that up to get a discount.
Be careful when renting there ask them to. Real down the cost and go with the basic Insurance coverage.
