While my Toyota was being serviced, an Enterprise rental car was provided to me. The entire experience was both pleasant and professional. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was in and out very quickly and the truck I was given was clean and drove great. I have used Enterprise in the past and have never been disappointed. I am also very pleased to learn this morning that Enterprise no longer offers discounts to NRA members. They are definitely my #1 car rental choice!

I wasn't sure how difficult it would be to rent a car but the employes here answered all of my questions, and even offered to help with any issues I have getting to where I was going after I dropped the car off. This is a great rental company and office with amazing prices and I'll not think twice about who I'm going to rent from next.

Renting the car was an easy process. Getting our $100 deposit back was not. I requested it and was told that the insurance company hadn't paid the last day yet, so they were holding it. A week later, I received a call stating that we not only owed money but that the car had NOT been returned. WOW! Wrong! I did receive the deposit back the next day.

First off I would like to say that out of three and a half years of renting from this company it has been great up until my last experience. I have rented a car with this company week after week, after week, ETC. For three and a half years and I have paid into this company well over $30,000. I have the records to prove this. It worked for me in my situation to rent a car. On Tuesday January 30th, 2018, I went into the Santee, CA. branch to change in the rental that I have had for over 4 months and there was a scratch on the side of the car that I did not do. When I originally picked up the car I do remember actually pointing it out to the sales rep. along with a dent that was on the trunk lid. He stated that was not what they were looking for as far as damage is concerned. I went in to exchange my rental and the manager Andy declined me to get another car do to the scratch and the ding that was on this car. Keep in mind that I did point these things out to the Enterprise rep. that rented me the car. I was told that I could still rent a car using the 3200 plus points that I had acquired as long as I paid something on the deductible for the damage that I did not do. Just so I could get a car I paid $20 of the $500 and planned to contest the claim. The Enterprise rep pulled the money from my bank account and then went to get the "OK" from the manager "Andy". He declined me without even looking at my rental history. I would have paid the deductible with no problems if I did any damage to the vehicle. He is a new manager at that location as the original manager I normally deal with was off for maternity leave. So, here I am, a PLATINUM MEMBER that has paid over $30,000 into this company in the past 3 and a half years and not only was I denied by a rookie manager, to rent another car, but it was done in front of other customers in an embarrassing and unprofessional manner. I asked if they were able to give me a ride back home and they said they had other customers that needed rides also. At this point I opted to leave on my own as I was done with the humiliation. I even called to complain to Enterprise Corporate about this situation the following day and I still have not received a response.I would think that a company would cherish a loyal paying customer that they know will be back again every week as usual. I was even talking to the Enterprise rep about buying a car from Enterprise. Until things are made right I will not put another penny into this company. At this point I would give negative stars on this company if I was able to.My name is Shelley Stevenson Enterprise Member # TMRBT98

Great experience, friendly staff and they even gave me a choice of car when I showed up!
