Above all, the price is very affordable. They are proficient not only in English but also in Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. They struggle to offer the best service for me. I'm satisfied with their kind service whenever I visit to the Renty. Especially, a manager Sung is very helpful and a kindness itself. If I have to use a rental car next time, I am willing to choose Renty again.

Great customer service so far. I am renting a car from this place in present progressive. The manager Sung was super helpful and friendly. I really appreciate for his kindness and professionalism. The great thing is he speaks very fluent Japanese, that makes me somehow nostalgic for my home country. I wish I'll have no problem when I return back my car. I will update this review as I return, but so far I am fully satisfied.

I rented a car from them today for 6 weeks. Their prices are certainly unparalleled in San Diego. The cars are "used" but since they are also a repair shop I trust that they have been checked and are well operational. I dealt with the manager, Sung, who was very effective, energetic, helpful, and accommodating. There are some bad reviews about this person around. I did not see anything like this happen to me. My only concern is that it took about one hour to check the car out. They had to call my insurance company to make sure I was not lying to them that I have insurance, but I guess that this is business cautiousness. I hope that my great experience will continue until I return the car in 6 weeks.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE RUDE, THEY OVER CHARGE YOU. THE VEHICLE WAS DIRTY, ENGINE WAS SHAKING. & THE CHARGED MORE AN ADDITIONAL 20!$ FOR GAS WHEN IT WAS RETURNED AS GIVEN. COMPLETE RIP OFF! IF I COULD GIBE THEM NO STARS I WOULD! 
DONT USE THEM!
