Very good vehicle for a reasonable price. I would stray away from their insurance upgrade, especially with a long rental such as we had. We really enjoyed the murano we got. It was efficient and roomy enough to allow us to be comfortable while our SUV was getting some body work done. No issues with the car during our trip.

Friendly, but takes a long time to finally get a vehicle...you need to wait for someone to take you to your vehicle for walk around.  Vehicle we got only had 1/4 tank gas and when asked about that they stated they aren't strick about returning vehicle with full tank...you do need credit card at this particular company does not take debit card...they need more people to man the desks at this location since the person assisting you inside also goes outside to get the vehicle thus creating a backlog and longer wait time at counter.

The manager was a angel she was awesome and the young guy were awesome.  OMG, I highly recommend you to travel to Kearney Mesa.  I live in South Bay, near the border.  But, I needed quality service and to do this I had to travel for top-notch service.  Yes I will travel again.

We were looking for a car to accommodate 4 adults comfortably once we arrived in San Diego. We were provided with a great mid size SUV that was clean and modern. The service was exceptional and prompt obtaining the auto in and returning it. Another satisfied customer once again.
