Reserved a compact car for 8 days, wanting the related excellent gas economy.  Reservation was made 10 days in advance of pick-up date.  Upon pick-up, was told only full-size cars were available.  There was no time to go to another rental company.  Had to take the full-size car and now we're wasting money on the poor gas mileage.

Needed a rental car today because my Wrangler is in the shop next door and being that I’ve never had to rent a car before I didn’t really know what I was doing and CJ was beyond helpful! He gave me all of the info I needed and helped me find a car that had a bigger backseat like my wrangler does since I needed to transport something today and he got me a beautiful red jeep patriot and it’s perfect for what i needed! He told me it was only his second week there but I couldn’t even tell- he seemed like a pro!

The Russian lady at the front desk was very rude and clearly wanted me out of the door when I was simply asking clarifying questions. I won't be coming back unfortunately. Even if you are having a bad day you have to leave your personal life at the door when being the face for a brand or company. Professionalism is needed for hertz, sorry.

When I am put "on hold" the music sounds like I'm at a circus. It makes me feel anxious. I would prefer some light and peaceful music. If there were some nice music, then I really wouldn't mind being put on hold for a while. 

Five stars for the customer service, but one star for the music choice.
