After confirming an apt a week in advance I got there and they said they could only give me a standard car, even though the reservation confirmed I wanted a premium. Would've been fine had they not promised a certain car in advance and then not be able to deliver. Very poor experience

This place is a joke. I showed up on time to rent my car. No was was there. They had a sign saying call a number if you need help. I called and 20 minutes later someone showed up where they then asked me to walk across to the highway because at that location there was no record of my reservation. Finally after them finding the reservation they refused to rent the car to me. I explained that my wallet had been stolen on a trip and ever after showing them a copy of my information they refused to rent me the car I already payed for and left me stranded. Nothing about this experience was professional. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

I love these guys.  They are efficient and cheerful, and are consistently the cheapest rentals in town.  I can't recommend them enough!
