My first time renting a truck from Enterprise was a great success! Adam was great at letting me know what truck to choose from, explaining the rental agreement and all around professionalism and being friendly. They gave me a great truck to drive and even detailed it for me before I drove it! Excellent customer service!!

Enterprise has just about always come through for me when I needed a car unexpectedly, and they are often able to pick me up or drop me off.  That's without exception at the several locations I've visited over the years.  Here at this GJ office, other than an issue over method of payment, my experience was par for the course.  The manager was professional, courteous & handled the issue to my satisfaction.

We recently took a trip on the California Zephyr to Grand Junction and had reserved a car with Enterprise so we could drive to Montrose for a couple of days to visit family.  When we arrived at the train station, although Enterprise had offered to pick us up, we chose to walk the three blocks to the store.  When we got there, the staff very quickly took us through the paperwork and had our car ready to go in minutes.  It was clean, full of fuel and in excellent shape.  We were on our way in about 15 minutes.
I give the Grand Junction Enterprise 5 stars in every category.  In fact, I've never had a bad experience with any Enterprise franchise throughout the country and will always choose them first.

I rent here fairly often, and they are always very helpful, friendly, and genuine. They have treated me so well, and I even look forward to going here just so I can say “hi” to the staff.
