I was having a crappy day because my car wouldn't start the night before, I couldn't get home, I had to spend the night at a hotel, and then tow my car to the mechanic the next morning.  Enterprise got me a rental car quickly.  My mechanic unexpectedly got the car fixed before noon, so I was able to return the rental after 2-3 hours.  They had already explained that the car rental is for a 24 hour period, so I figured that ending up only needing it for a few hours was on me and not their problem.  But they only charged me half price even though they didn't need to.  The two guys who worked there were also very nice, and very polite.  They even gave me a ride back to my mechanic and did it without making me wait a long time.  I appreciated everything they did, especially on such a rough day.  

The only thing I wish was was that the company was located in a place that was accessible by bike and bus.  The bus doesn't go there, and there isn't a safe route to bike there. You need to get a ride to the car-rental place to be able to rent a car, which is problematic for someone who is stranded at a mechanic or downtown.

Matthew went far above and beyond to really help me after an accident I had in my own vehicle.  I called his office less than 5 minutes before he was set to close, and he waited an additional 30 minutes after that time to help me get into a rental that very night.  Thank you so much for being there, being friendly and helping me in my time of need!

So normally when you rent a car and there’s a problem with the car, you’d expect a poor review. I mean a functioning car is what you pay for and when that didn’t happen, when fate tested me with a malfunctioning SUV on the long drive from Durango to Denver, I got pretty steamed. The end of a long and glorious vacation was stressful to say the least. I called the office to report the problems the next day, still somewhat upset, and the branch manager told me he’d look into it.  What followed next was an example of while there are factors beyond his control, like say a mechanical fault with a relatively new car, there plenty within his control. His persistent focus on retaining me as a future customer and his positive attitude made an impact. A big one.  I’ll be back to this location in the future.  I encourage people to consider how much impact the man on the last mile of a large corporate arm can have. Thanks Matt.

Staff was helpful wpuld be 5 but corporate needs to fix information about what you need to bring to rent
