For my job, we consistently rent Enterprise vehicles & this is my favorite branch in Greenville. I always get excellent cars and service.

Absolutely horrible customer service! After redirecting a scheduled pickup because the location was closed, upon arrival you have no cars?? What a joke! Leaving someone stranded in a city they have never been to with ZERO solution? That's unacceptable! If you tell someone you have a car, you should have it instead of jerking me around and making things more difficult. Enterprise has done NOTHING to recover my business and that makes you even more of a joke. No hotel or restaurant or any PROPER business would allow someone to just be STUCK with nothing and have no solution. Your customer service outright sucks! The average person having a bad experience will tell 8-10 people and someone who is really upset will take it to 20. Good luck as this goes viral and is shared with the world.

I have called the head office because we had a
Very bad experience at this location,more than one
Time,our last experience was on December 30
2017,we had our kids coming in to the Raleigh 
Airport and needed a car to pick them up,so Shane
If I am saying his name right,informed my wife that
He would not have a car for us,we have been renting 
From this location for 7 Years and never had any
Issues until there was a staff charge,we had to end
Up going to budget to get a car and there service 
Was excellent,I would not recommend this location 
To anyone until there be a staff,the people you have
There now are very bad for your business,we took

I reserved the vehicle online a couple of days before my trip.  On the day of my trip I walked to the counter with all the information that was needed and received the keys to the vehicle in under 2 minutes. That is very fast service.  The lady at the counter was very professional and greeted me with a smile.  She was very friendly and fast at getting me the vehicle.  When ever I take anymore trips or just need a vehicle for an occasion, Enterprise will be the company I use.
