On Tuesday evening February 21st I wrecked my car. I called my insurance company and they reserved a car for me on Wednesday.  I waited for a car until Wednesday evening I called Enterprise back and some lady and I didn't see eye to eye so I couldn't get the car that day. I called all over just trying to get a car.  Very long story short I went into Enterprise of Clinton NC on that Thursday  and met this awesome guy by the name of Taylor.  He told me don't worry he was going to take care of me. When I tell you Taylor went above and beyond to make sure I was happy he did just that.  I just want to tell Taylor thank you so much for making my life so much easier!!!! Taylor is the best. If you're having car issues and need a quick ride call Taylor @ Enterprise in Clinton NC I'm sure he will hook you up!!!!

Friendly & helpful staff. The car I rented turned out to be great in the rough weather I encountered when I was traveling. Big deal for me - they picked me & dropped me off so I could get the car without having to try & find a ride.

I arrived up the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Clinton to pick up my car and found the parking lot area to be absolutely disgusting and the restroom unusable it was so dirty.  The management should be embarrassed.  I picked up my rental and to my dismay it only had a quarter tank of fuel.  I was told that was their policy but I had never experienced that before with  Enterprise.  I did my paperwork, the associate working seemed nice and helpful but I got ten miles from the office and the change oil light came on.  I called the company and was given several options none of which were conducive to my travel schedule so I ended up switching out my vehicle at Richmond Airport, the car I changed out for had brake issues so I traded that in for another vehicle in Fredericksburg VA, I called ahead and was told it was ready but when I arrived the inside of the vehicle was quite dirty.  Very disappointed in the service I received.  It seems that no one takes pride in their product anymore.

I made a reservation online for the 19.99 weekend special. I was to pick the car up in Clinton, NC. Long story short, there was a problem with the reservation no fault of my own and I was in danger of not having a car to travel in for the weekend. Taylor at the office in Clinton not only fixed the problem but gave us an upgrade which made me extremely happy. As a long time customer of Enterprise I have to say their customer service is off the charts excellent. Thank you Taylor for saving my weekend! You went above and beyond and I appreciate everything you did! Thank You!

Well the people were friendly and nice they even upgraded our vehicle without changing us however they neglected to explain how much their insurance was per day. They told us we were to be charged $162.96 total price period  but with their insurance they charged us 262.96 without telling us. We only found out when we checked our bank account. If they would have explained that we would have opted to use our own insurance. So really I would give them a 2 1\2 stars.
