I enjoy the "Can do' attitude of the whole staff. they were able to accommodate my needs without hesitation. I had a 9.99 special but quickly realized that an economy car might not be large enough to accommodate my family. The manager Glen was able to upgrade me to a dodge charga for only an extra 12 dollars. Normally thats  a premium car at 52.00 a day.... they even left me a complementary black ice air freshener in it. Big thanks to Glen and the whole staff

This particular location use to have an excellent Manager who knew the true meaning of customer service.  That is no longer the case.  They rarely have the vehicle you requested and they try to "upsell" you a more expensive rental.  I personally watched the Manger of this location make facial expressions and childish like antics while a subordinate employee explained why they rent vehicles with only a 1/4 tank of gas.  Nice...

The Staff and the Branch Manager go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy with their rental.  They are fast at what they do and make sure your car is perfect before you head out on your trip.

A few weeks ago my aunt went in to trade out a car she had been given that didn’t have heat (it was about 28 degrees that week in NC)  - it was her 2nd day returning after being told they didn’t have any cars the first day. One (very nice) younger man was about to give her the keys when he said that it needed an urgent oil change and she couldn’t have the car. She then asked to speak to the supervisor because this had been an on going issue and she was in need of a different car to go on a trip the next day. The supervisor (who had been in the office every time she went in and heard her issue repeated several times over the course of this process and NEVER ONCE spoke up to help) stood up and told her he was the supervisor and they didn’t have a car for her and she needed to leave. She said she needed a car and requested that if he couldn’t help her she would like the number of his supervisor or regional manager so they could get the issue resolved. He then told her to “call the 1-800 number and leave this office and go back to the McDonald’s where you came from” (she was wearing her McDonald’s manager uniform). DISGUSTING behavior. She has placed several calls to Enterprise corporate to complain and hasn’t heard back yet but we’re going to be sure we make this issue known to as many people as possible. What a horrible way to treat another human being. Truly shocking.
