I chose the "You Pick" option (where the Enterprise agent decides what type of car to give me).  I asked the agent if there were multiple cars available, and if so, could I have one with a bit more storage space in it.  The agent accommodated my request and provided me with a Dodge Journey, which was EXACTLY what I had hoped for.  Check-out and check-in was super smooth (I love the use of the iPad during these processes!).  The Western Blvd Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the only car rental place I use when I have to rent locally.  Top notch service, the cars are always clean, and I never have to wait.  I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

As always, I enjoy renting my vehicles from this Enterprise Office.  Professional and they always go out of their way to ensure the Customer is always being taken care of.  Keep up the great work!!

Quite honestly some of the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Lackluster experience from counter to the actual vehicle itself. The staff seemed perplexed that I was on a short contract here and did not have a utility bill from former place of residence. Then seemed even more surprised when I returned with my military ID that they requested seemingly out of spite and frustration. The vehicle quite no more than thirty miles outside of Jacksonville on my way to Drill... the individual tasked with getting the vehicle functional again was also unprofessional, and not once recognized my presence. They also wouldn't provide a receipt for services, so I ended up sending him away and fixing the issue myself. The vehicle stopped working entirely, as if they had remotely disabled it - to a paying customer... who knows why (spite maybe?). Raise the hood slightly and start the car, just a few inches and it functions again. Had to do this the whole weekend until finally being able to return the vehicle. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to recognize unprofessionalism. Wouldn't recommend at all.

In and out real quick made reservations for 3 delivery Vans for Valentine's .  Dave was friendly and very efficient.

I was not made aware that there was a $50.00 fee for dropping at a different location other then at pickup. We were stuck so had to pay. Also had issue with dropoff since a different location was tabbed by counter associate. Other than that car ran good. Still not happy  that i had to pay an extra $50.
