Policy change in January only accept major credit cards. No debit OR Cash? But happy to charge my debit card on the reservation fee. Terrible place and company!

Can't say enough kind things about the Hertz located at the Greenville, NC airport. They have always been extremely accommodating, super friendly, look for ways to save me money, always provide a nice, well cleaned vehicle with prompt, efficient service. The last visit, I rented a new Ford focus. Super clean and amazing gas mileage.  I only spent $70 on gas from NC to NE! The vehicles have not disappointed!

I have used this location three different times now and have always had Will assist me. He is a complete professional and the amazing thing is, he remembers us every time! That goes above and beyond in the customer service realm. Professionalism rates high in my book and Will has been just wonderful. 

Highly recommended this Hertz.

I will never rent a car from this company ever again. Horrible customer service and their rates are too expensive.

The online rental process was easy, the car was wonderful, and the return process was simple. They were really flexible about the pickup time as well. We had a change in plans so I called ahead and they were able to change our pickup time without a problem.
