The University Enterprise location was awesome. They picked us up at the UW Link station and quickly got us our car. Great service and great prices. 
We will definitely use them again.

Arrived on time to pick up my car and was given an upgrade which turned out to be very helpful in that I ended up having to load a lot of my family's Christmas packages, etc., as I headed to the mountains for Christmas.
The company also set it up at no charge to drop the car off at the airport on the return date which made it very convenient instead of dropping it off at the origination place.
Very satisfied.

Make sure you read and check their contact. I am just going to stay away from Enterprise now. Enterprise policy on their website states that they are required to offer and to through optional coverage with customers. In my case, when I asked first to have the car covered, they put all optional coverages they have (med insurance for example) on my contract. One week later another driver's insurance company picked up the bill, and I told Enterprise to make sure I am not responsible for any charges (of course I had to get a written modified contract from them but I assumed they are to care for their customers). I had a few phone calls with them and twice stopped at their office to ask them to make sure not to bill me. They charged me $1,500 for all the optional coverage they kept on my contract.
Dear Enterprise, if you plan to post here an offer to stop by or to contact your main business via e-mail - I already did it to no avail.

I shouldn’t have had to ask the store manager twice to call other locations for help replacing a car with bad tags. I shouldn’t have been advised to continue driving a car I had already been pulled over for. Super unempathetic and not willing to help in a crappy situation. I wouldn’t let a stranger continue using a bad vehicle in anyway, let alone a customer. Downtown location recommended over this one.
