This hertz has overcharged my credit card for $1,000 and a month later charged my credit card $900 without my authorization because, and I quote "the driver license numbers almost looked the same." Do NOT go here. In fact, there is an Enterprise down the street. Go there! They are located at 2020 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Arlington, VA 22202 and having AMAZING customer service.

Initial customer service was great in getting me the car.  All downhill from there.  Good luck trying to get a hold of someone if you call in - I have called them no less than 20x (morning/afternoon/evening, you name it) in the last 10 days because NO ONE PICKS UP and there is no voicemail.  There were 2x someone actually picked up.  The first was a non-Hertz employee who was "covering for" the actual Hertz employee.  He took my name/number and said he would have the Hertz employee call me back.  Never heard back.  The second was a Hertz employee who was (somehow??) "not in the office" but took my info and said he would call me back when he was back in the office.  Never heard back.  I returned my rental 2 days ago - and am STILL trying to get help.  Called 3x today.  Surprise!  No one has answered the phone.

If you ran into problem no one will answer you! Terrible customer service avoid HERTZ as much as possible! Charged me $250 for missing key returned the key and is still one month that I am trying to find someone to correct my invoice!

Now it is almost two month after continuous call that I was not able to find anyone helping me!

Gave us the wrong vehicle. "It's all we have take it or leave it." Although we rented/ reserved one much more expensive for size. Offered us no price reimbursement either. Miserable customer service. Try to avoid this location or Hertz in general if you can!!!
