I would rather WALK around the entire D.C. area than to deal with the owner Carlos' rude, condescending and incompetent ways. I have rented from here several times and the service becomes worse and worse.

We waited over an hour to receive the vehicle rental. The car was not ready at the agreed time because of Mr. Carlos' lateness, he was rude and condescending while checking me out, he messed up our order by 1.) giving us the wrong vehicle, 2.) tried not to honor the unlimited mileage, 3.) stated the tank was full and when I told him it was not, he had his associate meet me in an inconvenient location to verify that I was telling the truth about the tank level.

Due to the inconvenience, he provided a gas credit and extended the drop off time and also kept to the unlimited mileage which was apart of the original order.

After returning the vehicle, he told me to call beforehand so he could meet me at the office location, he was late and I did not know where to drop off the key because the office was not open on Sunday but also he did not give me instructions on what to do in this case. 

I finally got in touch with him and asked if we wanted me to wait for him or if it was acceptable to leave the key with the hotel directly beside this location. He said it was fine and also to make sure that I received the gas credit, I confirmed with him what was agreed to and he verify that this was right.

However after he arrived to the location, he called me to tell me that I was mistaken and that he would charge my card and unspecified amount. 

His behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone.
