If i could put 0 stars I would. This is by far the worse experience I have ever had. They r extremely rude at this location. And the manager should not be a manager. He is extremely rude and uncaring. I had reserved an economy sized car and 15 minutes before pick up, I was called and advised they did not have it. When asked to speak to a surpervisor i was hung up on. When arriving at the facility the manager did not offer to help but to sell me an upgrade. These employees are very unprofessional. And this company does not care. I will never rent a vehicle from this company ever again. And I will tell all my military friends n family to never rent a vehicle from this company.

Spoke with Ernie about renting a vehicle; he advised me of low availability. To make a long story short he rented out the vehicle 10 minutes after I spoke with him and then was extremely rude to me when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I understand they were very understocked but he made it clear that it wasn't his problem and that he could care less.

I had a reservation for a midsize vehicle no cars were available so I was offered a van instead of large cargo van not too pleased but it was the only Transportation available so I took it

Vehicle smelled of smoke, even after having posted no smoking signs inside the vehicle and no smoking clause in rental agreement. Was promised a replacement vehicle the following day which was never delivered. Would not recommend renting from this establishment.

The car rental PU office was clean but the car was not ready on time and was pushed back 3 hours, they seemed short staffed. We did upgrade thanks to a coupon I had. The car was at least clean and the drop off at the El Paso Airport was super convenient and that was a great feature.
