I arrived to pickup my rental and they rented to someone else after saying how sorry they were they had one car left or they can call another hertz it will take about 45 minutes so   I had to take renta reck and when I returned the reck they said they already adjusted with aaa discount  bad bad besniuss

If I can give a big 0 but is not available, worst customer service at 6590 Montana I makes reservation today at 8 am got confirmation and when I went and picked it up fancy told me no cars available and I m very upset because Im late for my meeting, no apologies,  nothing NEVER My family friends or coworkers will rent a car from hertz. Luckily I went to enterprise on airway and they make my day and got me a car very very happy.

If they ask you for your Social security number and address, Run! Wonder where those additional CC charges came from! Total scam factory!
