I made a reservation went to the airport to pick up the vehicle and they requested a credit card. I have several bank accounts but do not own a “credit  card” never had the need to have one . I have rented with enterprise before and never have I been ask for one because my bank card was sufficient. The lady at the counter was rude. Disrespectful, rollled her eyes and refused to rent the car out to me. I left completely dissatisfied and disappointed. But I still needed a vehicle. So I held composure stepped into another location and no problem whatsoever. It is sad that airport staff is so poor and unfriendly as this lady never again. I am a loyal customer I did not diserve the disregard and disrespect I received from that employee. Kuddos to the airway location!

Didn't return our deposit because of scratch created by previous driver. Our walk through of the vehicle was extremely fast. We pointed out several scratches, non of which were documented. We tried to dispute the scratch, the manager admitted that the walk through are 1-2 minutes long. The whole process is a scam to keep your deposit.

I would like more at the time of making the reservation they will give you the total amount at that moment, not when you return the car they will tell you extra charges.

As always, ENTERPRISE has (for years) been my primary agency for renting cars for business (NOT pleasure) and after having viewed other rent-a-car agencies (e.g., Hertz, Avis, National, Budget,, etc.) I have found that ENTERPRISE (The agency that picks you up) has the BEST rental prices to accommodate my business needs.  Adrfian (the Manager) at the ENTERPISE location on Airrways Blvd has always been professional, courteous and extremely helpful in negotiating the BEST possible rental cost for my business needs. Thanks to Manager's like Adrian that ENTERPRISE manages to retain (or keep) customers like myself, coming back to rent cars from the staff.

I need my receipt and all your employee can do is

"I don't have that in my email anymore. I think I deleted it afterwards"

The receipt should be sent to my email before it's deleted. I still have another issue but this is my main one.

Need to be more professional.
