Very professional and nice employees!!  No problems whatsoever with car. I would have given 5 stars; however, the day I needed to return the vehicle was a Sunday evening and I was told to park the car & drop the keys in the “drop box.” When I tried to return it, the lot was closed off completely. There were cars parked all over the street outside of the rental lot. It looked like they were returned rentals. There were so many that there was not ANYWHERE for me to leave this vehicle nearby and feel safe about it. The only open spot was the alley next to it and I could not block an alley. It was VERY disconcerting. Thank God I wasn’t flying out that next morning or I do not know what I would have done. I usually have rented from an airport and have never encountered this situation before. (This was the weekend of Easter & Spring Break, so that may have made this a rare situation...)

Service was great got us our reserved car quickly! Car did smell like a strong perfume making us kind of sick but it went away after a few week. Will update review if we have any problems since we will have this car for about 6 months since my main car has air bag recalls. Also car has Florida plates on it and I live in a small town were they pull people over all the time with plates from out of state! Update: Since the first review we had been through 2 more rental cars both were upgrades due to road noise problems with the first one. The last rental car we had, had Washington Plates on it so here comes the worry of possibly getting pulled over.

The staff at this Enterprise location are amazing.  For 6 of the last 7 years I have rented a vehicle there to take a group of out of town visitors skiing.   The staff at the Pueblo Enterprise Rent-A-Car location are exceedingly helpful and go the extra mile to accommodate special requests.  Thanks Caleb and Greg for your exceptional customer service with my recent rental!

If I could only give you ZERO STARS!  Second time using the Pueblo Enterprise location and both times my reservation was cancelled due to no cars available to rent.  Reached out to the manager Kalob, he stated he wished he could help me "as he is in the business of renting cars" but it's beyond his control as his manager Haley said she cannot get him any cars today from Denver! Last time for a funeral and this time for training. What is the point of making a reservation and the company accepting the reservation if you can't count on it being available?  Not from this company anyway! Thanks again Enterprise!... Look at the previous reviews, others experienced the same here!

I normally rent from the other location (close to my repair shop of choice), however when we had a vehicle issue last time we rented these guys were awesome about getting us swapped out because they were closer to home. Very happy with my experience at both branches.
