Russ is the man, he took care of me and really hammed it up with my daughter in the car.  It was an easy experience.  Only thing is if you "pre check-in" online it doesn't actually save you anytime at the counter as they ask for all the information again.

I reserved my vehicle through my travel agency.  I only provided my National Loyalty Program.  I booked a National car and it sent me to Enterprise.  No one asked me to provide my National nor Enterprise Loyalty number and I believed it was providing credit to my National Loyalty Program.  This rental was applied to my Enterprise Program, one which I have rarely used.  I was unable to swap the rental credit from my Enterprise to National Loyalty Programs, as this is where I desired to have the credit.  Enterprise refused to do this.  I found this unreasonable.

You have to ask for the benefits the company advertises to attract your attention, offers like getting a ride back and forth, free upgrade due to your membership, good rate while extending your reservations or good rate in general. The employees are courteous but first response to offering those benefits is a No and then you have to be courteously firm to get it. Not sure if i'm facing racism or just poorly trained employees.
