Good Morning,
I had a pleasant experience as always with my last rental. Not to get into too much details but I was out of town for work and had an accident in my car. I was now back at the hotel with no car and I drove to the meeting. I decided to rent a car to get back home. From the person on the phone to the agent that picked me up from the hotel, the whole experience was good. I wanted a car for a one-way rental but they only had mini-vans and trucks. The agent gave me a break on the fuel level to return the mini-van because it would burn more gas than a car. It was a happy ending to a day that did not start well.

Really had a great experience here.  I Would like to mention Cody came and picked me up on time.  Then after having a conversation with Mike, he upgraded me to a nicer vehicle and I was very pleasanty surprised. I will be renting from them again next week.
