Mr. Dilip Shah was very helpful. I got a car that had an issue and he immidiately replaced it with a new one. When I called budget's 800 number to extend that gave me a very high quote but when I called the local store Mr. Shah extended my reservation with my previous rate excellent customer service and very nice location.

Upsold me to a larger car, walk the long way to get to the rental car and it was the exact same car I originally  reserved but I got to pay $6 more for it per day.    Basically was told too bad when I dropped it off.

I have used this location several times and the owner was quite nice.  The reservation process was easy and their rental fleet are all 2017 autos.

Dishonest!!!! I prepaid online. Got to this location and was pressured to get an upgrade and asked for my bank account number in order to open my reservation. I refused. 4 times I told the man I didn't want the upgrade but the man was insistent I take the upgrade, that he'd do it for free. I noticed there was only one type of car on the lot and it was a full size, which left me no options. He removed the fee on the bill but changed the time it needed to be returned, in order to get the money anyway. I mentioned it and he told me not to worry, he would handle it when I returned. He did not. I was overcharged by $64 and because of his deceptive ways, I can't fight it. I was violated and stolen from.

Very low customer service,  desk people don't know what they're doing , i've ask couple of question never got an specific answer, i also wanted to do an update to my rental but they didn't want to do it.
