Enterprise has mastered the old Seinfeld joke about car rental agencies. They'll take your reservation (and your money!) but not actually keep the reservation. When they fail to live up to their obligation, instead of doing something reasonable like calling a regional manager, they will tell you to try renting from someone else at additional expense. Save yourself the trouble and just rent from someone else. I guess now I know why Enterprise is rated F by the Better Business Bureau.

My personal car needed mechanical work, so I needed a rental. Enterprise (Euclid Ave, Manassas, VA) was fantastic! I called the same day, and they had a vehicle ready for me. They were flexible working with me daily because I wasn’t sure how long I needed the rental for. They even picked me up from my nearby auto-shop and dropped me off at the end. They made a possibly unpleasant situation so much easier. The staff was very friendly and professional. We’ve used them before and we will use them again. Thank you!

These people have cornered the market on doing the car rental the best way.  They pick you up when the say they will, put you into a great and clean car and answer every question you might have.  Their fuel plan for returning the car is a no brainer and saves both time and money.  The fuel price last time was 15 cents below the market price.  Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Enterprise was able to handle a last minute rental request and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service.  We needed a large SUV or minivan unexpectedly and we got exactly what we wanted with no problem!!  Friendly and easy to deal with employees at this location, we've used them for years and they never fail to please!!

The employee that did the rental told me that the insurance was $18 a day put something else in the computer so I ended up being charged almost $400 more.  The employee then proceeded to tell me that I was nothing but a liar and that it was too bad for me. Please take your business elsewhere this is nothing but a rip off. There is only one employee that is actually there to help the customer.  I would actually give less stars if at all possible.
