The workers there at that location shows great Pride in working together.  Taking good care of the customer with gray patient. Fining the person what type of vehicle that they need. Over the seven or eight years since I have been going to that location .They have been taking very good care of me. And I appreciate everyone at that location.. Very good people" need more people like that working in that type of  work.  I know it's not easy sometimes" But they have great patience working with the customer. I have exertive that when I am coming there to pick up my rental vehicle.. it is hard to find good workers in this world. We live in" but at that location Enterprise ..They have some very good workers there.  They all" do a great job..The good attitude keeps me coming back..

My Jeep was totaled in a car accident last Thursday. The insurance company compensated for a rental from Enterprise. The picking up if the SUV was fine, I picked it up on Saturday. I drove it straight to work. The next morning, I go to drive home and.... the battery is dead! I tried to give the car the benefit of the doubt thinking, "Maybe I left the lights on?" Or something of that nature. Even though I was very sure I didn't. So I call Enterprise, they say the only way they can help me is to call AAA since it's a Sunday and have it towed! I called the maintnence from my job to help me jump it instead. I ran it around for a while charging it up and what-not. I finally got home and my husband went out a few minutes later trying to use the rental and guess what?! It was dead again! I called Enterprise and spoke to an employee named Caleb. He sounded flustered and told me he'd "see what we can do" and would call me back. Several hours later (still stranded in our apartment) and no call! I called back and talked to the same person, he put me on hold to talk to his manager. No more than 3 seconds later he said "Hi I spoke to my manager and we will send someone to pick it up. Okay? Goodbye now." Just like that. Here I am and it's Tuesday and still the SUV is sitting at my apartment. I called and had to give them Hell before they finally said someone will be here soon with a new vehicle and to pick up the other one. Such a terrible experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I use them quite a lot for work. They are great. Always quick, friendly, and very helpful. Never had a bad experience here :)

Very busy location.  Staff was polite and helpful.  Logistically they need improvement.  There appeared to be at least two people who had reserved vehicles and there were no vehicles available when they arrived.  I was given an upgrade from the economy class at no extra charge because of this situation.  Would have been 5 stars if the logistics part of the business was on par.  That being said I have experienced this situation at enterprise car rentals all over the country.  I will definitely rent again.  I would like to see the organization as a whole become more organized so that when a vehicle is reserved it is present at the location when it is time to pick it up.
