I really needed to rent a car yesterday from the culpeper enterprise. It was really annoying to be able to place the reservation online. Then have my phone die, walk all the way there to find out that they don’t have any cars. They need to figure out a way that the notifies people right away online when they are making the reservation. So they do not think it’s possible they will make it to where they need to be. I needed to pick my kids up. (What a huge disappointment) I ended up walking from there almost to Opal when luckily someone that I knew stopped to give me a ride. What an annoying day.

I always have good conversation with the guys that come to pick me up & take me to get my rental (very handy service that) .

The customer service here was outstanding, always polite and were very quick and thorough. My rental car was new and fair in price. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our car rental was a pleasant experience. The service rep. was very courteous and because I had to wait a short time, he gave me a free upgrade. The Nissan Pathfinder was a very nice vehicle. 
 When I returned the car, the young lady was also very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this Enterprise office to my friends.

I was really disappointed with the customer service. Over the phone they were great but once I came in the gentlemen that help me was completely rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to do his job. I will not be returning.
