Rented a car for a weekend trip, was helped right away and the process was easy.  Car that I was to rent had a smoke smell, walked right back in and was able to get another vehicle, actually a larger vehicle, at the same price, with no hassle.  They were very accommodating and made sure I was out of the door within about 10 minutes of my pick up time.  Easy drop-off, would rent there again.

Great staff. We rented a car when ours was hit and needed bodywork the last time. Been awhile but the staff there was incredibly accomdating then and really went beyond their responsibilities to help us out.

Jeremy was wonderful. So helpful and polite. I did call the day before and am so glad I did. Highly advise it if you want a car ready for you. They were scrambling like crazy because of a high volume turn over period. We also used them 2 months ago for a rental for my daughter to return to New York. They were great. :)...again, we called ahead and all was ready and waiting.
