It sounds like Bishop (that negative review here) had a stick up her butt or something. This is a good family business , friendly, honest, fair, and cool. I got a great car for a fair price and a friendly ride from my home to their location. Good business does not require stodgy "stuffed shirts". They were conversational and fun to work with. Don't hold that against people. They delivered a great new clean and shiny care to me in half the time it takes at Enterprise or Hertz.  FIVE STARS

The Rhoades are THE BEST! Great customer service. They always work to make sure I get the best car at the best value. I've been renting from them for years and won't go anywhere else.

We have had so many positive experiences here. The only thing was confusing is when we rented on a weekly basis which converted into a month rental. The staff is very helpful.

Very small Location, with a small parking area for your car, and a small fleet of cars. The staff is fairly competent, but very unfriendly and unprofessional. The males working there tend to be a little friendlier than the females, who exhibit low frustration tolerance, and can be very nasty.  This renders a poor customer experience. My company rents from them weekly. Just about weekly, the staff is seen eating, texting, on their phones, and laughing and joking with each other at the front desk, in the presence of customers.  This is one of the most unprofessional car rental places I have ever seen, But once day get to know you and warm up to you, they will take good care of you.

The staff is always nice my car broke down and I have been renting now for a month bt have been a casual customer bt now more then often. They are always getting me n and out even down to the cleaners they are all nice people and professional. Thanks budget on broad!!
