I had a very poor experience from this location. It took over 40 mins for them to try and figure my rental out...I decided just to make other arrangements- prior to me leaving they assured me my credit card had not been charged anything.

However, upon looking at my statement not 10 minutes later- I had not one but TWO charges for $200 and I did not even rent a car from them.

The manager was very incompetent and just kept trying to make excuses as to why my card "shouldn't have been charged" instead of apologizing for his mistake. He again tried to side step responsibility when I asked how long it would take to get my money back - and said I would have to contact corporate. 

So I was in the store about 40 mins- did not get my rental, was charged $400 for no reason and no one wanted to do anything about it. 

AVOID AT ALL COST - THEY TAKE NO OWNERSHIP FOR ANY ISSUES

Up until today, I would have told you that this is the best rental place you can come by. I use them somewhat regularly both for personal and business truck rentals and have had great experiences. However, this morning I got a call at 8am saying that my truck reserved to pickup the same morning was not available. The first thing the corporate reservation agent said was that they should have let me know well before 8am the morning of pickup. I would have been much more understanding if I would have received a call the afternoon or evening before.

This place is horrible. Multiple times we reversed a truck and show up they said they don't have a truck. We recently booked a truck online. After booking, I called this office, they said they don't have a truck and i need to cancel my reservation. I did canceled and has a cancelled confirmation and rented from Uhaul. They charged me $50 on my bank account and said that's the charges for making a reservation. We have to spend an hour with corporate office to take our money back. Time wasted and I'm pretty sure this is how they make their money.

They have the nicest staff.  The cars are clean, the staff is helpful and nice (and a few of them are really cute too) .  Outside of the Airport the best place to rent a car from Budget in Nashville.

Easy reservation, in & out within 10 minutes and got an upgrade without asking!
