The staff goes above and beyond for their customers.  They go out of their way to help you get into the car u need. Best service I have had in a LONG time.  Thanks Patrick for all u do!!!

Good luck on a Saturday. I tried to arrange a rental around 11 today and couldn't reach the branch. The Murfreesboro branch couldn't reach this one and the 1800 number couldn't reach this branch. My wife and I had to walk from the Nissan dealership to a restaurant and wait for a friend to take us home because this branch isn't capable of keeping their set hours. I'm not going to be forced to miss work on Monday to pick up a rental I needed today.  Customer service needs to be improved or the branch needs to just close so people don't waste their time trying.

I’ve used this company a few times and this location 3 times. They have never had my car ready when my appointment came, and I was asked both times if it was okay they didn’t clean it in between renters. The first time I was given a “free upgrade” because they didn’t have what I had made my reservation and appointment for. Thankfully the renters before me were pretty clean on both occasions. This last time I tried to make a reservation online and it wouldn’t go through. I went back on a couple days later and the price doubled because of a new drop fee since it was a one way rental. I’ve never been charged before for a drop fee. I called and made the reservation (the employee was very polite) and the price jumped from 120 online to 160 over the phone! So something is obviously wrong when it comes to pricing. Also who charges 160 for a 5 hour rental?! Ridiculous. I shouldn’t be charged double my rental rate on top of my rental rate if I’m returning it to the same business in another city. It would be different if I didn’t make the reservation to do so. I will not be using them anymore. Poor business organization.
