Gas level was very low which was a headache in Center City with few gas stations nearby.  However service was good, car was new and clean. They email the receipts so they are very efficient and fast foe checking in/out.

I was helped out by a gentleman by the name of Renae (spelling?) at the 19th and Chestnut location.  He empathized with me and helped me resolve an issue.  Great service and great car too!

Atrocious customer service and terrible company. I rented a car Friday and returned it Saturday yet they charged my credit card for a 3 days rental.

I paid the extra $30 a day for their “no problems” insurance. I was rear ended and there was some minimal damage to the vehicle and they still charged me $100 for the damage..... it may not be criminal but it’s ethical disgusting of enterprise to charge customers for daily ins and then still charge you for damage.

Staff was very helpful. Renting was easy and flexible when I needed to change return time. They also provided 24 hour returning option even though their office was closed earlier on Sundays. I will definitely rent again from this facility. I also had a brand new car.
