Staff here is always friendly and helpful. We recently rented an SUV for a trip to snowy mountains. They went out of their way to find us the best car for the best price. Recommend them highly.

When I arrived, the car I had originally ordered was not there and I was pushed into a full sized SUV that cost double in gas than my reservation. The truck I was given was filthy dirty. Two days after I drop the vehicle off I am being called stating that there was a scratch on the truck that I am responsible for. The vehicle had scratches and dents on it that we noted down but we all must have missed that one that they're stating.  Don't have my reservation, give me a filthy dirty dinged up vehicle and then try to blame me for their shoddy vehicle?  Unacceptable.

Everyone was very kind, caring, and competent.  Definitely renting from here again if I'm spending a night or two in the city!
