Enterprise on Erie was amazing Tonia was pleasant and inviting... Patrick came out to speak with me after I called 100 times that week with problems from Hertz on castor ave .... He was so helpful and nice... I work for statefarm and I will be sure to send my customers to enterprise on Erie for their rental needs... it was honestly the best rental car experience I ever had ... 😁 thank you Tonia and Patrick for restoring my faith in humanity ......

Excellent running car, great pn gas but could have used a car wash and shampoo of the interior also had a noise from either the brakes or bearings. Overall good experience.

So happy that we don't have to rent car's every day for ALMOST A MONTH HOPEFULLY NOT UNLESS IT'S ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY AGAIN.BUT Honestly Really Nice People,Have a car in seconds washed right there.REALLY NICE PLACE FREE PARKING PLENTY OF PARKING.

Love renting with Enterprise - won't go anywhere else. The service is quick, efficient and hassle free. The agent at the Erie Ave., Philadelphia location was awesome. He was courteous and professional and made us feel important. I have only used Enterprise for my car rental needs for the past half a dozen years and that trend will continue into the future. I don't see that changing anytime soon.
