Staff is very friendly, and fast! I had to get a last minute rental, but they had just the car I wanted. Highly recommended for it’s convenient location, and helpful staff. They made sure I got the best deal available.

My friend rented a car for our Thanksgiving long weekend. He arrived at 2:20 for the 2:00 reservation and was told that they will not accept a UK issued license. Despite the website and customer service hotline stating that a valid UK issued license is accepted they were adamant, he replied that he would return. At 4:30 we arrived and were now told, that despite having prepaid for a rental, showing up at the correct time, and being told no for invalid reasons - that they gave our car away and they have no more. The people at Hertz were unapologetic and full excuses. The customer hotline and the office gave alternate policies and never offered to find a solution. We are still trying to a get a refund for the car we never got.... do yourself a favor and go to Enterprise down the street, not only are they polite, when their website says they take a license, they actually follow through. 

Complete and utter lack of customer service.

My experience with Hertz was very positive. I was in a car accident and I needed a rental. They provide pickup service through a ride share app like uber/lyft. I grately appreciated that service because it was very cold and windy the day I picked up the car. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful through the process

I was lied to by hertz employee Shavaon. I wanted to rent a car for a day but due to it being the weekend I had to rent for 2 days and get it prorated.  Then she reported that I will be able to get a prorate back due upon return of the car. I called her again to double check but she reported that it was in the system and we CANNOT give you prorate. I then proceeded to tell her that this was not what was agreed upon arriving. But she was adamant and hiding behind her words of "It is in the system, we cannot change it". So beware of these words from hertz and make an informed decision. Second, the location is hidden behind the marriot without signs.
