We had to cancel our appointment out of town. We had reservations and paid in advance .The two workers acted like they didn't have time to give us service and ruined our whole day!! Sent us on a goose chase. And they were so laid back that it was just plain lazy!!!

This place is terrible they don’t answer their phones move like snails and didn’t even have the cars to match my insurance policy stood there for five minutes while the two people behind the desk sat and talked to each other acting like I wasn’t there and the waiting room was empty...seriously they refuse to answer their phones!!! Called 9 times before I gave up and just went...This place is an unprofessional joke the only reason I used this place is a had no other choice at the time...Pick someplace else!!!

I just noticed the Hertz at Castor and Aramingo was much closer to my home-base than other competitors. They generally are not swamped and get you in and out the door quickly. Very pleased with the service. Thanks

 The service was great!  I didnt have to wait to pick up my rental & the car I got was beautiful! Returning the car was easy too.  I was in & out.
