Great experience, both while picking up and dropping off; needed a SUV with a toddler car seat, which I got instantly. Upon return, I chose to return the car but my daughter held on to the toddler car seat for a couple of extra days, since she was returning later. The way they handled it was charge me a lost item charge when I turned in the car and then when the car seat was returned it was reimbursed. Well done. Needless to say the car ran well, no problems, was clean. Service was fast and efficient, even pick up and drop off on the courtesy bus. Highly recommend National to others.

Absolutely the best rental car customer experience! No wasted time at a counter and no getting a car you do not want or like. Simply walk out to their ‘aisle’, pick the car you want (they are very clean and low mileage), and then drive away. You simply show your drivers license at the exit gate. Love it! Love it! Love it!

I love National because I get to Philly airport and the driver is always so nice and it doesn't matter which one picks me up. They're all courteous and help me with my bag. I travel weekly to Philly so there's probably not an employee that I haven't met. I am also very impressed with Shelton at the Executive pick up area. When I come in, he meets me at the shuttle and he already knows what kind of car I want. He will tell me to wait a minute and he gets the car and brings it to me. I have never been disappointed with the service I receive at National.

I usually do not take the time to do many reviews – but I will make an exception for National Car Rental. Over the last few years I have been extraordinarily impressed at the friendliness, courteousness, and enthusiasm that the National Car employees exhibit (The majority of my travel interaction  has been with the Philadelphia airport team) And I mean every position- from the bus driver, to the person helping me find my car, to the exit gate attendant, to the person checking my car in – it is a pleasure to interact with each person. And for what it’s worth, many of the team are individuals age-wise without many years of experience – that said, they are operating beyond their years in their understanding and application of great customer service.   Please note that the more mature experience-wise team members are also operating at high-levels in creating a great customer experience as well.  Something obviously has been focused on in the past several years that I do not remember seeing three or four years ago. Whatever you have been doing to select and develop your team – keep it up!

I was very pleased with the car that I rented from National. I usually like American( GM ) cars and National had a few available. The car's gas tank wasn't full as usual, but the Attendants were reasonable when I proved to them that I had refueled the car as appropriate. It was a very pleasant experience renting a car from National like I have done for over many years. National has good and reliable cars.
