WORST service. I have rented a car from this location at least 5 times in the past. Every time I have purchased their insurance and gas. But since last time I had the worse experience going here. Earlier in July when I went there, I almost walked out of the location because the manager was extremely rude with me for god knows what reason. But I thought it might be one of those days and gave her benefit of doubt. I returned today and I actually walked out without any car. She just refused to cooperate even though i was paying for my service. I was picking up my car at 4:30Pm and told her that I will return my car tomorrow at 2PM. She said we will be closing at 1 PM tomorrow and I can not return once the location is closed. If i can not return before 1 PM they will keep my contract open. Are you serious? I have done this multiple times in past and every time,I just drop my keys in the drop box but she said I can not do that just because.... Such a horrible person. Never going back again.

So much for your "Customer service being utmost important". I have send all the information requested below this review  a WEEK ago and I still haven't heard anything yet. The only thing i received was a email receipt that they have received my contact information and someone will get in touch with me shortly. It's been a week now.

I needed a rental while my car was in the shop. Enterprise picked me up from the collision center within 10 minutes of being called. The associate was friendly and helpful. She took me back to her Enterprise office, showed me the options available to me and efficiently processed the rental so that I was driving off within 20 minutes of arrival.  I was able to return the rental car directly to the collision center. All paperwork was seamlessly managed electronically. This was an ideal experience.

Rented a van. Confirmed it. Double checked. Had 9 people ready to drive to NY from Philadelphia for a special museum trip to see the David Bowie exhibit. Enterprise called the night before to say they didn't have a van for us. They called at the end of the day 5:50 PM Friday, they close at 6. They couldn't find another van at any of the stores and offered us nothing. They relied on someone returning the van to the the day before. They shouldn't have rented us the van based on an expectation that previous renters would return the van. We drove to cars the next day and could not drive together.

Normally I have good things to say.  Not sure you want feedback from this trip rental.  I was dissatisfied that I had to take insurance for the entire trip when I advised the car would be garaged for part of the trip and I only needed insurance for the day of driving down and back. But you wouldn't do it for me.  Then when I didn't make it back in time and had to pay for the car an extra day, I understood I would be charged the regular daily rate but again I didn't need the extra insurance but you forced it upon me by saying your system couldn't  process it.  (have you ever heard of manual entry or future discount?)....thus a rental that would normally be $30+ turned in to an additional $80+ unnecessarily so.  I was extremely dissatisfied as I watch this so called deal turn in the most expensive car rental I have had to date...

Thanks alot for your help. The staff here also, Unlike other enterprise rent a car,  goes above and beyond their way by calling and securing a vehicle if they don't currently have it. It's appreciated! Even management called around to find a suitable vehicle for me and my family.
