Car was certainly not up to the standards I am used to.  Seats were extremely soiled, odor of vehicle was strange, and rather than being cleaned I think it was a quick wipe with a wet towel on the inside and nothing more than a brief hose to the outside.  No complaints about the staff at the front counter or the check out/in process, that was all very smooth.  I generally go with a different rental company, but Enterprise was convenient this time.  Not saying that Enterprise is horrible, they just make me appreciate my usual rental company more.

stars for everything!!! Cheapest company around!, great cars, always new cars. They always giving higher class vehicles for same price, if they don't have right class. And they always extending for the same price,even if price got higher. Nice people working there, so professional, so easy to talk to them and they always helping with everything,  giving good deals, sometimes better deal then you found online and already reserved. Always happy with ENTERPRISE!

Fast friendly service. I had no issues with any of the vehicles or service. I had to wait several minutes for them to clean the vehicle at the time of pick up but they made up for it when I was put into a brand new vehicle.

Courteous prompt service. I asked for a full size car and they supplied a Dodge Caravan for the same price since a full size was not available. Great customer service!

Customer care is excellent. Car choice may be a bit limited due to their small lot size, depending on when you rent,  but they try to do the best for your request, and offer really good rate to save $! Anthony was very helpful for my car rental needs. Keep the good work, guys!
