This is to report a very unprofessional behavior of your staff at the front desk Feb 19, 2017 (around 11.50 am) . This staff tried to overcharge me on my rental (Feb 17-19). I had presented a coupon (Avis credit certificate issued to me) at the beginning of the rental. This coupon was verified both my customer service and the staff member on Feb 17 - 12.05 pm PT who issued me the car. 
Now during the return this totally unprofessional staff, says the coupon is not valid? After 15 minutes of wasting my time, and after i pulled the online voucher on him, he is says "its okay". This totally rude and dishonest way of doing business!
This is the level of behavior an AVIS preferred+ customer is getting at your outlets (who rents AVIS cars every week). 
Just think of it! So insane.. 

First of all there are no upgrades at location, for preferred+ customers
Second of all the front desk staff is bent on cheating its customers. 
Third of all the car is not clean when we get it. 
I am still trying to figure out why are we paying for this rental?? 
This is very SAD and DISAPPOINTING.

We were delighted with the facility and its agent. He was friendly and informative. We did not feel pressured, yet he answered all of our questions. The car was exactly what we expected and was clean and without odors. Another customer arrived shortly after, and he was respectful to them as well. Our check in and out was quick but thorough. When we arrived we could see that he was preparing another car, and was cleaning it completely. It  was nice that we could pick up the vehicle at this site, and return it to the airport. The next time we visit, we will contact this facility again.

I'm giving this location 2 stars for two primary reasons:
1: They have super limited hours on weekends and do not offer any kind of after hours drop off. This is a huge problem and something other rental car properties in the vicinity do offer.
2: The car was clean but not super clean - there was a really large dead fly in the rear window, a Hilton Hotels pen in the compartment between the seats and the dashboard was dusty.

There was nothing wrong with the service we received, but I definitely will not return and would urge anybody who needs to return outside their normal hours to find somewhere else that does accept that.

This location is a combination Avis and Budget Rent a Car location. There are usually a decent amount of cars on the lot and they are willing to accomodate walk ins if possible. 

There are also 2 zip car parking spaces available here. One thing i will note is that avis and budget do not allow.after hours drop off. They are however open 7 days a week.

I love this Roosevelt location which is very convenient to my mom's house and I was able to pick up here but drop off my car at the airport, which was great. I had the fastest checkout experience ever - my car was ready and the person didn't try to sell me all of the extras I didn't want,  but just took no for an answer to the one coverage question he asked, and  we didn't have to do a walk around, etc..I just inspected on my own before I left. I wasn't given the standard, annoying "script" that you get everywhere with the same questions. The person who helped me just efficiently gave me my car.  I will definitely rent my car again here next time.
