Rented a 2018 Suburban for my trip to Vancouver BC. Audrey was easy to work with and made sure my experience was nothing but smooth. Their vehicle was very clean and still had that new car smell. I felt I received a great deal considering the size of the vehicle I rented. I returned the vehicle after hours. Their secure key drop was easy and convenient. I would like to thank Audrey again for her excellent service. I will use Enterprise for any future vehicle rental opportunities. Thanks!

Showed up for my rental truck and all of the trucks were in the dealership for a recall. They had no idea when they would have a truck available. They called the dealership to inquire and left a voicemail. They then called the other local Enterprise offices while I was waiting but were in the same situation. Luckily I had a few errands to run and a truck was returned that had no recall. They worked to help me while I was there but would have appreciated a call before my rental time to give me a heads up. That way I could have planned accordingly.

The staff and service are so great here.  I have had two very positive experiences so far and highly recommend this Everrett location.

If I could give no stars I would. They're trying to pin a scratch in the door on me that I KNOW I didn't do. This car was caked with dirt and had several visible scratches when I picked it up. I even pointed out a bunch of scratches that she didnt even write down when I picked it up. Her response... o that's normal with these rentals.... Will never rent from them again! I am a rewards member and have had MANY rentals with Enterprise. First one with this cheap skate office. Last one with them as well. Renters beware!
