No issues here! We actually got to Hertz almost an hour after we said we would (had trouble figuring out the bus route to get us there) but thankfully they still had one car left. It was a great car, the guy who checked us out was very polite and friendly, and we were able to return it at the airport without a problem.

Horrible service. Hertz Seattle added $300 unwanted insurance packages without asking, giving me a car without any gas but listed it as a 8/8 fuel tank. I think this rental company has the world-class ridiculous customer service especially at the airport. When I reported my problem to an officer, they gave me a number which is unreachable. Overall, the worst rental experience ever. I booked the $250 package for the weekend, and they charged me $500 along with impatience and indifference.
