I rent cars a lot for both work and pleasure and this was by far the best customer service I have received.  The supervisor Xenna was amazing and went above and beyond to help me out. Will be back here again for sure and will continue to use Hertz.

We used to rent from a different national outfit and they were good price but service got worse. We tried Hertz and couldn’t be more happy the people at the counter are really helpful and nice the place is in very clean and inviting. The vehicle we got was very nice.

The phone number listed here and on their official website connects to a phone that is "not available" and the mailbox is full, so I can't leave a message. This made dealing with them and managing the rental impossible and very frustrating when we had a question. Not sure if this number just needs to be updated or if this is just how they do business. If you want reliable customer support, this isn't the rental place for you.

No parking, be aware. Don't expect them to answer phone when you call, seem to be short staffed all the time.  They are gracious about driving you to and from local shops.

Needed a rental car for when my car is in the shop for repairs from an accident. Everyone had a YOUNG DRIVER FEE of about 260$ on top of the standard rental price. Luckily I have StateFarm and was able to get a rental @ 100$ a week instead of the insane 400 a week.
