I rented a Kia Forte from Advantage today and was greeted by a young man named Salaam. The most polite, friendly and professional individual I have met in a long time. He was also soft spoken, well informed and attentive. He took the time to answer my questions and informed me of how Advantage would provided a protective worry free experience. I was so impressed that before leaving I shook his hand and complimented his level of courtesy. I walked away feeling that I was important to this company.

Picking up my car was great. The counter staff made the whole thing easy. It took 15 minutes and my kids and I were on our way. Returning the car was completely a different story. The Raleigh/Durham location was not open at 5am. 10 cars where waiting at the gate to return their car.  We all nearly missed our flights. Staff lied to customers. Customer Service staff where NO help to me. I will NEVER rent from Advantage again!!!!!

The price was great for my 3-day rental in Durham.  Transportation to/from airport to the rental office was super easy and convenient.  Staff were very nice and friendly.

First of all let me say, that for the Raleigh location I would give 4 or 5 Stars. The service was great, the customer service was excellent, and I had a experience that was as expected, if not better.

The remainder of this review is for the corporate, marketing policy of sending email after email to me requesting that I fill in this or that survey, and then going on to Google and posting about my experience.

None of the e-mails gave an easy way to unsubscribe or allowed you with the click of a button to stop receiving these marketing emails. It is a policy of spamming that is unprofessional and will result in me never using Advantage Rent-A-Car again

Advantage is one of the best car rentals facilities I've experience. The pricing was very reasonable. It was so easy to rent and return the car.  The rental agent was very pleasant and friendly. When visiting NC, we will definitely use again.
