I rented from this company from Nov 2015-Jan 2016 My experience was great until they changed management around January The new team took me through all types of changes and made me feel uncomfortable renting from them . I was given a car with pet hair and one that was smoked filled and the New Manager actually chased me down in a snow storm to tell me his associate gave me the wrong price after i signed the contract. So I had to change vehicles instead of making a exception from spending lots of money with these guys! I could go on and on but maybe you will get the idea. They also did not tell me to sign up for Enterprise Plus points which after a certain amount of rentals you may get free rentals. They also don't return calls when you have issues.

Okay~ I posted my experience with enterprise on Monday July 25, 2016 after the awful experience I had that morning with the manager. Well on my way to work this morning at 5:30 am I realized that a car was following me more closely than it should have been. So I processed to switch lanes and needless to say they switch lane. Then all the sudden I see blue flashing lights. So I like I wasn't speeding. So why am I getting pulled over as I am terrified of polices now with everything going on. True not all polices are bad as not all of them are good either. So I pulled over shaking, nervous it dark and I am a female. He asked me for license and registration. Then he said to me, do you know why I pulled you over. I said no sir I do not. He said your Tags are expired and have been since June. Okay~ I am looking like really Sir. So he allowed me to get out and look and the Tag says June 2016 and this is about to be August. Not to mention I was late for work for the second time this week dealing with enterprise. I believe the Manager that was there Monday July 25, 2016 call herself being rude so she just gave me a car that was not inspected properly. Oh did I mention that I have been in the same car for 2 months already driving around with expired tags. The police let me go did not give me a ticket. So I am at work waiting on them to open so they can come get this car and bring me another one. I am so disappointed right now. I don't know where this manager came from but she really need to go get some more Management skills because you lead by example. If you’re not doing your job right how do you expect your worker to do their job right. I never ever in 10 months had any problems with this location and she has only been there for 2 weeks. Overly charging people. Unable to back up acquitted information. Talking about at some point in time. Really? I know while I was their Monday three possible customers just walked out on her. And again if I could give a zero rating right now I would. The experience I had on Monday with Leslie, the manager that need training on how to handling customer appropriately and give acquitted information and also to make sure the vehicles customers are driving is legal. Not just checking if they need an oil change. Needless to say I called in on July 22, 2016 as i do on every Friday for extension. Well when I called I was advised that I need to rewrite because my contract will end on July 24, 2016. The CSR asked me if i wanted to go ahead and make payment and then come in on Monday to rewrite. I said sure. So he took my payment for $179.40 as I have been paying for months. He also said because you’re a preferred customer I going to see if someone can be her a little earlier for you so you can be on time for work. So I arrived at 7:15 am and Leslie was there but she was leaving. She said she would be right back I said okay. She got back about 7:25 and she did not let me in until 7:32 am. Then she processed to ask me for documents like, bank statement or utility bills. I was like for what. I never had to do submit anything. So I realized that I was not getting away where with her so I asked for a ride to work. I got the documents and requested to be picked up at 11:30 on my lunch break. Once I got back she told me I need to pay a deposit of $100.00 I asked for what? She tells me at some point and time I used my deposit toward a rental. I told her that was never an option for me I never used my deposit. So could you tell me when. Leslie reply was I just closed out your account. I was really. Then she charged me additional $19.00 and I was like for what? She had no answer. Because I was late for work that morning I did not have time to debate with her and risk being late going back to work for lunch. I am a very upset customer right now. They have an additional $119.00 from me and I am waiting on someone to call me and it been over 48 hrs. I bet come Friday it will be a different amount. I have spent of 7900.00 from Sept 2015 ~ Now.You would've taught I would have had a phone call by now

While I would suggest that you rent from another Enterprise Dealership in the area, my experience with the Enterprise Company was positive. They quickly addressed and fixed the issue I ran into at this location. I will rent from enterprise again but not likely from this location. There are others in the area.

They are not very customer service friendly. They refused to upgrade me even though the corporate site mentioned that I was eligible for an upgrade since there was a promotion going on. Instead, I was forced into a very tiny economy size vehicle. I normally drive an SUV daily and yet, I was forced to drive a very small vehicle. Not to mention the customer service and customer care was sub-par and I was very disappointing in the lack of desire to accommodate me for my inconvenience. In efforts to keep customer satisfaction high, most professional companies compensate in some form of way for the inconvenience of the customer. The main reason I chose Enterprise was because of the upgrade promotion. The fact that I was not given this would have deterred me from choosing this company. The only reason I used them was because I was dropped off and had no other choice. Very disappointing.
