I had a fantastic experience with Mario at University Ford of Durham while purchasing my Ford Escape. Mario was incredibly dedicated, going above and beyond to ensure I got the best possible value. I wanted  a car they did not have at that site. They informed me I could order what I wanted. Never knew that. The staff was wonderful and I was happy ordering what I wanted in my car. The factory was awesome in keeping me updated with text messages. The dealer ship called me when it came Mario was awesome  even helped me with the ford app. The financial people were very kind. From start to finish 5 stars all around. Thank for making my birthday experience excellent.

A big thanks to David Egan for helping me sell my car for top dollar. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me navigate the process with ease. I had more questions than most and David answered every one of them with certainty and most importantly benevolence. I enjoyed the beautiful showroom and accommodations for customers. Everything was exceptionally clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend going to see David if you're looking to buy or sell a car.

TJ and Alfredo made buying our truck a great experience. They were the complete opposite of your typical car sales team. They gave us our space and did not pressure us to but a newer truck. They went above and beyond for us by providing a detailed video of the truck, including the very few cosmetic blemishes. The purchase process was quicker than normal, and they stayed after normal business hours to complete the transaction. All in all, my wife and I are very pleased with our certified pre-owned Dodge Ram Longhorn Edition. The truck is amazing. We drove 2.5 hrs to make this purchase, and it was well worth it. Hospitality and super friendly staff. What more can you ask for.

I would like to thank Bobby Woodell and his team at University Ford for the great hospitality from there business everyone in there was very nice and made my family feel very comfortable and welcomed a lot of places don't care about the small things like that but at University Ford they take it serious . What a terrific experience! As a single mom, I was not looking forward to car shopping. I’d heard so many stories about pushy salespeople and exorbitant hidden fees. So I was positively delighted to work with Bobby Woodell at University Ford. His honest and kind approach and his professional demeanor made the whole process feel much less intimidating. He found exactly the car I was looking for, respected my budget, and was exceedingly patient in teaching me about EVs. Today I’m the proud owner of a Mustang Mach-e and a loyal University Ford customer!

University Ford had the Mach E I was looking for. I submitted an online request and within minutes Alfredo sent me a the first text and in under 45 minutes we had the deal put together. I was traveling for work and was in a loud airport so everything was done via text messages. Most dealers won’t work with you unless you’re in person, but that’s not how I buy cars so I love that Alfredo and University made it easy to work a deal virtually. I took delivery the next day and again Alfredo made it easy. We were at the dealership for less than an hour and everything was written up exactly as we discussed…no surprises. Overall great experience and Alfredo did a great job! We’ll be back.

I'd promised myself that I would never do business with Ford again because of something that happened with one of my other cars but Malachi made this experience very painless, quick and pleasurable.  Everyone we met was very friendly and wanted to help us get the car we wanted and the price we needed.  Our daughter loves her new car and I love the payments.

Just purchased my 2024 Ford Mustang with Bobby W. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bobby was easy to get in contact with and worked around my busy schedule, which was something I absolutely needed. As a young woman, I get worried when it comes to negotiating and buying for cars, but I was almost shocked at how well Bobby worked with me and listened to me; it never felt like he was trying to "get over on me." Mustang, of course, is great. Highly recommend University Ford and Bobby, especially for the independent women out there!

I recently bought a used 2022 Ford mustang from University Ford. Mr. Amari was very supportive and happy to show me the car, help me with the test drive, understand about the car features and details, setup ford connect. He also put in a lot of consistent effort to follow up with me and followed up with the managers and noted down the fixes that needed for the car. They also helped me with setting up a quick service schedule appointment at the dealership. Amari was also very attentive throughout my decision process and it was a pleasure doing business with them.
