Bruno and Devon at the Raleigh Durham airport Alamo car rental were awesome.   They were very helpful and got us into a great car quickly and smoothly.  They were very customer friendly.  The return of the car was also effortless and the shuttle drivers were great.  Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My experience with Alamo was fine until we left an item in the car we returned... that's when the nightmare began.  We called back to the RDU location hoping we would be able to speaks with someone in customer service or lost and found.  I could not get an answer on any of the attempts I made. I left message none of which were ever returned.  I then filled out required info online and received an email back from Cindy Baker stating that she had our lost tablet.  I informed her we lived about 45 minutes from the location and when we could get there to pick up our item.  Well, when we drove out to pick it up we were directed to customer service.  I waited for someone to arrive to help us for about 20 minutes.  I first guy came through and looked at me as he went into the back.  When he came out he rudely said "What do you need".  I told him what I needed and he said he would have to get someone.   A few minutes later the manager Adam came in and I had to explain everything again.  He went into the back and came back and said he could not get it because it was in a room with a keypad lock.  I told him how long it takes to get here and that I has confirmed with Cindy when we would arrive.  He went back again and came out with a Kindle - not my tablet.  He went back again and came out with another tablet that was not mine.  He ask me again who I talked to.  He came back an said this is what was found in the car and the car he said was not even the car we return or what I described to tem in my email.  Adam never apologized and seemed like I was wasting his time.  I am really disappointed in the customer service at Alamo.  I will never use this rental service again.

My son and his family recently moved to Raleigh; so I'll be traveling here often.  Shuttle from airport was fast; driver was courteous and helped me with my bag. Check was very fast and easy.  I had 3 cars to choose from. All of them were in excellent shape.  Exiting the airport to a main route was easy.  When I returned the car; they greeted me by name and asked if there were any problems.  An excellent experience. This is my second time renting here and I'll definitely use them again.

Car was great, got a free upgrade. Pick up and drop off were fast and easy, and the associate who helped me was very nice! I would definitely rent from them again.
