Update on additional rental: Let me start by saying I routinely rent from a competitor due to convenience and have only used this location twice. I contacted the manager directly a month in advance looking for a premium SUV rental due to the size of our family and the amount of hockey gear and luggage we would be toting around that week. I then recontacted the branch a few days in advance and everything was all set. I arrived at the branch on the scheduled pickup date and was immediately greeted by smiles, courteous staff, and the manager. She wanted to personally inform me that due to a Ford recall her model Excursions were unable to be sent out. However, she assured me she was going to personally ensure I received a premium SUV as I had requested. I was able to do just that after ten plus phone calls, extensive computer work, and with the assistance of other branch managers agreeing to assist her with my situation. I can not say enough about "Elle" and her colleagues. I will definitely be referring clients and using this branch for all of my local needs in the future. Thank you!!We had a great experience! We contacted them for the last minute rental of a car category that was difficult to find. They called me back an hour later stating they had found a vehicle and were delivering it. We travel frequently and have used multiple companies. Never have they been this determined to satisfy us. This loval branch has earned another shot..

I've been an enterprise customer for some time now. Always received excellent customer service! They have a good variety of vehicles to choose from, my only complaint is that the vehicles need more cleaning inside and out. You pay to rent a nice vehicle, then you should receive a clean, nice smelling (i.e) cigarette smoke,etc!

The vehicle did smell horrible. Need to do a better detail of vehicles once returned from previous renters. The wait time is also horrible. Need to hire more people.

Chuck along with all the staff was a breath of fresh air. Had a horrible experience at Hertz same day, walked into Enterprise, no issues, lower deposit than Hertz and very friendly and efficient!! Would definitely recommend!!

Courteous, in getting you in and out. I've been renting from Enterprise for over 3 years at different locations throughout the city have good customer service.
