I've been loyal to Enterprise when it comes to car rentals even in purchasing my personal vehicle (Enterprise Car Sales). This last experience was a total disappointment. I had to rent a vehicle due to an accident in my Enterprise bought vehicle and had an accident claim. After the insurance pays their portion, which is enough to get a decent rental,  a lot of HIDDEN FEES were added which costs me more money. After 20 days of driving my rental, I purchased a new car. I was told to leave my vehicle at the Dealership and it would be taken care of. Well, it was NOT.  I ended up paying for 3 extra days. I did the proper thing and contacted Enterprise (where I got the rental from). I  was told to contact another Enterprise (that was closer to the Dealership ) and the Dealership. Which I did. Lo and behold..... It took 3 days to retrieve the rental and I'm charged for their miscommunication. NO FAIR. I know it was only about $20.00 out of pocket but it's the principal and customer service could and should be handled a little more delicate. Some of the staff are just not professional enough to be in this field to deal with customers when a situation arise. MORE TRAINING PLEASE!!!

I had no trouble reserving a car online. The problem cane with using my debit card. When I reached the counter I was told I needed a utility bill if I was using a debit card. That would have been fine, but no one told me this when I registered online. I can't answer my cell phone at work, and probably wouldn't have answered a random number that didn't say Enterprise Car rental. An email however would have been easily seen. Needless to say, I don't just carry around utility bills, so I wound up taking Uber home. This info should be stated upon registration. The staff was courteous.

I have only had  great experience with Enterprise. Friendly service, and reliable products. The staff is great.
