Good. Small office for a small town though. If you fly in try to confirm your pickup both the day before and after you get on the ground because they will pick you up slightly before their "real hours (9am)" if you work with them and are nice.

Hello, I called your Silver City New Mexico office and she hung up on me. I didn't mean to be rude but some walked up to me to ask me a question and I asked her to hold just to tell the person who walked up to that I was busy on a call. Your agent hung up on me I called back and apologized to her for asking her to hold. She said she was alone in the office. again I apologized to her for asking her to hold.

They were mean and no customer service, we we had made reservations like 3 weeks ahead for a full size car, plus we called 4 days before our pick up to make sure we got a full size car, we get there and no full size car for us. And they acted like we'll your shit of luck, here a small compact car. Were never going to rent from there again in silver city

Not a good experience. Why doesn't the office open until 9:00 a.m.? All I got were excuses as to why it took them an hour to pick me up at the airport. Even though I called two days before to verify everything was set for the day I arrived.
