Initially the car that I rented in KY smelled like smoke.  They sprayed it after I mentioned something but over the course of a couple of days the smell lingered.  I received a follow-up call from Enterprise to ask how my experience was and I stated that the smell was nearly unbearable and that it caused my sister to have an asthma attack.  I was told to do a swap at any nearby Enterprise (I was in VA at the time).  I did so and the process went very smoothly and was without question.  The second car was great.  I really appreciated the call, the care and concern expressed.  Had I not had to drive 660 plus miles in a smelly car, I would give this experience 5 stars.

Great service and awesome accommodation when I actually reserved a car for the wrong dates. I couldn't get the vehicle for the price I reserved it for due to my mistake but my rep did an amazing job at making alternate arrangements and getting me on the road in a very nice Fusion and also restored some faithfulness in Enterprise because I've had a couple bad experiences at others branches. This location seems to be very customer friendly and I will return and recommend this location for your rental needs.

The owner gave us a great deal at a great price but then when we went to get our deposit back he tried to charge us for that great deals I wouldn't go here they are dishonest

Over all my rental experience was fine, it's the car that wasn't. Please take the Ford Focus hatch out of your fleet! The windshield felt unusually narrow and made me slightly nauseous until I got used to it. The wiper controls are all backwards. I've never hated a rental car besides that one.

I can honestly say that I have always had the BEST experience with Enterprise on Bardstown Buechel location. The are very professional and have the best employees. I no longer live in that area of town but when it comes to renting a vehicle I still travel the distance. Kuddos to the entire staff and a xtra thank you to Wes and Edgar.
